Bally's is in a great location right on the boardwalk and provides a lively casino atmosphere. While the rooms were clean, they could use some updates, and I did have a small issue with housekeeping waking me up. The dining options were diverse and enjoyable, and the amenities, including the pool, were nice to use. Just a heads up - the casino still allows smoking, which can be quite strong at times.
